gloomy and cold
Jan and I took a walk around the Falling Run trail and then walked the road to Boat Launch #3 and back. The weather was very overcast and cold. Still I'm glad we did it and it felt good to get out. it's time to....
It's time to finally address what has been going on with a certain tooth in my mouth for 40 years. I go to the dentist today for a cleaning and I have decided I'm going to bring the issue up and see if we can make a plan for what to do about it. wind chill minus 4 at two mile run
This felt like the coldest outing I have been on so far this winter. It is 11F but the windchill factor made it feel like -4F. The hair that stuck out of my collar in the front was frozen and I could feel it's hardness on my lips. If I had a beard it would have been covered in ice.
